• Swedish Massage – A collection of techniques designed primarily to relax muscles, promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
• Aromatherapy Massage – Just like Swedish massage with the addition of aromatic essential oils. The oil is massaged into skin whilst the scent is inhaled and diffused to the entire room.

• Thai Oil Massage – Our Thai massage consists of both passive stretching and gentle pressure on numerous points of the body. It is both deeply relaxing and energising
• Deep Tissue Massage – Similar to Thai massage but without stretching target knots, the release of chronic muscle tension and pain release.

• Reflexology massage –  A therapeutic foot massage that stimulates pressure points to improve circulation, reduce stress and promote overall body balance.

• Head, Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage – A targeted treatment using hot oil to ease tension from prolonged sitting and poor posture. It relieves pain, improves circulation, and restores mobility—leaving you refreshed and re-energised.

•  Full Body Hot Stone Massage – Smooth, heat stones are placed on key points of the body to relax muscles, relieve tension and enhance circulation
  
• Body Scrub & Hot Oil Massage – Our treatment helps with the exfoliation of the skin and the removal of dead skin cells.

• Back Fixer offers quick, affordable chair massages for office syndrome. A therapist massages your neck, shoulders, and back on a specialised chair. You stay fully clothed.

With every treatment (except reflexology, lymphatic, pregnancy massages, and Walk-in Back Fixer), you’ll receive a complimentary 5-minute hot stone massage on your back—perfect for soothing muscle tension and enhancing relaxation.
